Phelan Well has a number of services. For one to one clients there is a specialised Eating Disorder Recovery Therapy with elements of coaching/mentoring with Laura’s own personal experience of recovery. You will get a clear understanding of your individual relationship with food, perpetuating factors and a clear understanding of how this impacts your everyday life as well as practical interventions and coping mechanisms to manage stress and prevent relapse. This support is for people above the age of 18.
Food & Body Image Therapeutic Coaching is for women who have been battling with finding body acceptance & food freedom, yoyo dieters and those in the later stages of their eating disorder recovery.
Laura focuses on soul led recovery, alongside her first-hand experience of Anorexia and her professional training. This support aims to improve overall wellbeing specifically focused on eating disorder recovery and mental health.
The sessions start from 6 weeks and can be up to even a yearlong depending on the level of support and accountability a client needs. Phelan Well’s mission is to empower people to take care of their mental and physical health, rehabilitate and transform those recovering from eating disorders back into full health so they can live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.
